Shipping & Delivery

We ship from the United States to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $18 per order, added to your order at checkout and paid together with your products.

When your order ships

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Dispatch time is separate from carrier transit time; it is not a promise of delivery within two days.

Your delivery

Check your delivery address and email carefully before placing an order. Delivery timing depends on the destination and carrier. For tracking or delivery assistance, email orders@hairweglow.com with your order number.

Questions or a delivery problem?

If a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and the details so we can help investigate. Please contact us before returning a shipment.
