Hair Care Essentials

Before your install

Check the texture, length and quantity while the hair is still in its original condition. If anything is incorrect, contact us before washing, installing or altering it.

Detangle gently

Work in small sections from the ends upward, supporting the hair above the section. Use your fingers or a suitable wide-tooth comb. Avoid pulling at wefts or attachment points.

Cleanse and condition

Use products suitable for human hair extensions and follow their directions. Wash gently without rubbing the hair into a ball, rinse thoroughly, and allow the hair and installation to dry fully.

Style with care

Minimize heat and use a suitable heat protectant when heat styling. Color and chemical treatments can change the texture and condition; consult a professional stylist first.

Overnight and storage

Keep the hair gently secured and use a satin or silk covering to reduce friction. Store clean, dry hair carefully when it is not in use.
